This is a fantastic lunch break retreat for weary Newbury Street shoppers and local city hipsters alike. Whether you get a FREE hand treatment to carry home a sample tub of something new you want to try you are guaranteed to leave happy... and return gorgeous! they have a return policy that rocks: return it is you don't love it, even if you have used it. The "Curly Wurly" is a god send for my banana curls and the "American Cream" is an American dream! They are green, encourage recycling, sell handmade products, and have a vegan friendly line for the earth lovers. You can sample just about everything and the women who work here have glowing personalities that almost outshine the glittery pink bubble bath


This one is stellar. The employees are fantastic and enthusiastic. (I work retail as well and everytime I go in, I'm mystified as to how they can be so friendly.) It's a smaller store (Newbury Street boutique, the usual), so there is a lot of attention on the customer. Yes, they will actually approach you and talk to you. Unlike other boutiques on Newbury Street, they will conduct a conversation with you, instead of looking down their noses at you. My favorite part of this location (and more this location than any other I've visited) is that the people who work here are always always enthusiastic to show a new product or a neat trick. They always have insane deals too, which makes their already-fabulous products even more enticing. This combined with the enthusiasm of the employees means they're raking it in, so be prepared to cringe at the register (but trust me, it'll be worth every cent!)
